Looking after you dog while you are away

I have just had to sell my dog as I couldn't afford her vaccination fee. I have three cats and numerous birds, so the dogs I will be looking after would have to be used to cats and birds. I go for an hours walk six days a week, so would be giving the dog plenty of exercise. I have a secure back yard and would have the dog indoors most of the time, especially at night. My dog used to sleep in my bedroom so that would be ok.
I am experienced in obedience training and have done veterinary nursing.
