We are very experienced house and pet sitters. We own our own home and wonderful little dog. Our adult daughter lives with us and cares for both when we travel.
We have cared for high security, luxury homes, hobby farms and regular suburban homes . We treat all with the same care and respect . Large/medium or small areas are all OK with us.
We charge a nominal fee only of $2 per night for pet and house sitting and $2 for each extra animal for selected properties. If training and walking is required while we are house and pet sitting we can negotiate on that. We do not pay any utilities or gas/electric and we use our own phone . Internet use is only for emails. We are very clean and expect a clean environment to live in. We will leave your home clean.
We have looked after small, large, shy, boisterous and high need pets of all kinds - and loved them all
(although there was one mean little goat once ......;( )
Coral is a semi retired educator and Ivan is an early retired tradesman (sold the business and went walk about) We both house sit to see other places and do other things and we love animals and a bit of gardening.
When we are home (not a lot these days) we keep our own home clean and tidy and well maintained. Our little dog often comes with us on sits ( ONLY when owners allow it )

I am happy to administer small animal first aid - I have a human first aid cert. We are both very good with vegetable gardens and can use most equipment. Familiar with pool care.
With instructions - we can manage generators and pumps.
We have trained a German Shepherd and our own dogs have all been obedience trained - if this is something you would like maintained in your dog. However, we do understand that lots of pets are just for cuddling :) and are often a bit sooky - we completely understand that and we will be sensitive and caring with them.
